Terms

Service Terms

Plain-language terms for using MustGo Dispatch, last updated October 2026. These are starting terms for a small local service, not legal advice.

What MustGo is

MustGo Dispatch is a referral, dispatch, and coordination service — not a hauling company. Independent haulers set their own prices, schedules, service terms, and workmanship standards, and perform the work.

A request is not a booking

A pickup is booked only when a hauler confirms an exact price and window and you accept them. MustGo does not guarantee availability, price, arrival time, or completion until that confirmation happens.

Payment

Customers pay the assigned hauler directly at his quoted rate. MustGo does not process or hold customer payments, and charges customers nothing for referral and coordination.

Hauler fees

Haulers choose one structure at onboarding: flat $25 for a completed minimum-size job and $40 for a completed half-truck-or-larger job, or 10% of the completed ticket. The fee is due the evening of completion after the customer pays the hauler. No fee applies to a declined, cancelled, or no-show job. There is no subscription and no per-lead charge.

Your responsibilities

You must have authority to arrange removal of the items and property contents you submit. Information and photos must be accurate and complete — material changes can change a quote. Hazardous, unsafe, or illegal material is excluded from this service.

When MustGo can decline

MustGo may decline or stop coordinating a request involving unclear ownership or access permission, safety concerns, abuse, or illegal activity.
