Plain language, last updated October 2026. This page explains what MustGo Dispatch collects through this website and what happens to it.

What we collect, and why

Quote requests: your name, contact details, pickup city and ZIP, deadline, job description, and access notes, plus any photos you later share with us for the job. Used to verify your job and get you a quote.

Hauler applications: business and contact details, service area, capacity, services, and your chosen fee structure. Used to evaluate and operate the dispatch rotation.

Partner and contact messages: the details you send, used to respond and to coordinate introductions.

Who sees your job details

Job details and photos are shared only as needed with the one independent hauler assigned to quote or perform your job. Your exact address is shared only with the hauler you accept. We do not sell personal information, and we do not publicly post customer addresses or photos without separate permission.

Where records live

Form submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. Photos you share during coordination are kept as private operational records — they are never published on this website.

Cookies and measurement

This site avoids non-essential cookies. If aggregate website measurement (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics) is enabled, it is used only to understand overall site usage.

How long we keep records

Records are kept as long as reasonably needed to coordinate your request, operate the service, and maintain business records, unless you ask for deletion and no operational or legal need requires keeping them.

Correcting or deleting your record

Use the contact form and choose “Correct a record about me” or “Delete a record about me.” We'll act on verified requests through that form.
