FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does MustGo charge me for a quote?

No. MustGo's referral and coordination are free to the customer. The independent hauler charges his normal rate, and you pay him directly only if you accept his quote.

Is MustGo a junk-removal company?

No. MustGo is a dispatch and referral service. Independent hauling businesses perform the work, set their prices, and are paid directly by the customer.

How fast can a hauler come?

It depends on the job, area, truck capacity, and the hauler's route. MustGo prioritizes the deadline and asks one fitting hauler for his exact soonest window. A pickup is not confirmed until that hauler states the price and window and you accept them.

Why only one hauler?

Shared leads create a race and a pile of calls. MustGo verifies the job first and gives one hauler a fair chance to quote it. If he declines or cannot meet the deadline, MustGo can ask whether you want another option tried.

What photos should I send?

Send a wide photo of everything that has to go, a closer photo of the largest items, and a photo or description of access — stairs, driveway, garage, gate, basement, or elevator. Photos should show volume honestly so the quote does not change unnecessarily on arrival.

Do I need to be there?

Tell us in the request. Some jobs can be coordinated remotely if access and payment are arranged directly with the hauler, but an authorized adult and clear property permission may be required. MustGo will not dispatch a job where ownership or access permission is unclear.

What items can't be taken?

Do not submit hazardous chemicals, fuels, asbestos, biohazards, or unsafe materials through this service. Tell us about unusually heavy, dirty, or questionable items before dispatch; the hauler decides what he can legally and safely remove.

Which areas are covered?

MustGo is based in Holladay and is building its first rotation in Salt Lake County. Wasatch Front jobs from Ogden to Provo can be requested and are matched when a hauler confirms coverage.

Haulers: what does MustGo cost?

Choose one structure: $25 for a completed minimum-size job and $40 for a completed half-truck-or-larger job, or 10% of the completed ticket. The fee is due the evening of completion after your customer pays you. There is no fee for a declined or cancelled job, no subscription, and no per-lead charge.

Haulers: do I have to take every job?

No. Review the photos, city, deadline, and details. Decline quickly if it is not a fit so the customer is not left waiting.

Partners: what does a referral cost our business?

Nothing to MustGo. If a job proceeds, the end customer or responsible party pays the hauler directly at his quoted rate, and the hauler pays MustGo's agreed fee after completion.

Will my address and photos be shared publicly?

No. They are used for your quote and dispatch and shared only with the hauler assigned to your job after the process reaches that stage. See the Privacy Policy.
