When it has to be gone, we dispatch the truck.
Move-out, lease end, estate cleanout, storage unit, listing deadline — if junk has a deadline, send the photos. MustGo verifies the job and sends it to one fitting independent hauler for an exact quote and pickup window.

Deadline jobs
Built for the jobs that can't wait until next week
How it works
Three steps. No lead auction.
Send the deadline and photos
Tell us what has to go, where it is, and when it has to be gone.
We verify and dispatch one hauler
We check the details and send the job to one hauler who fits the area, load, and deadline.
Approve the quote, then pay the hauler directly
No obligation to accept. MustGo charges you nothing.
The difference
Your job doesn't get sold to five trucks.
| MustGo Dispatch | Typical shared-lead marketplaces |
|---|---|
| One hauler at a time | Same lead sold to several businesses |
| Customer pays $0 to the dispatch service | Customer may face aggressive follow-up from multiple sellers |
| Hauler pays only after a completed job | Hauler often pays for the lead whether it books or not |
| Photos and deadline checked first | Details can be incomplete or duplicated |
| Customer pays the hauler directly | Payment flow varies |

Photos
Good photos get a faster, firmer quote
- One wide photo showing the full pile or room
- One closer photo of the largest items
- One photo of stairs, driveway, gate, or access route
- Mention anything unusually heavy or awkward
- Use a door, vehicle, or person-sized reference when possible — do not include people who have not agreed to be photographed
After you submit the quote form, MustGo will ask for photos through your preferred contact method.
Service area
Starting in Salt Lake County. Built for the Wasatch Front.
MustGo is based in Holladay and is building its first rotation around Salt Lake County. Jobs elsewhere along the Wasatch Front are matched when a hauler confirms coverage for the city, load, and deadline.
For haulers
Haulers: pay for completed jobs, not clicks.
Join the rotation for exclusive, photo-verified deadline jobs. Choose a flat fee — $25 for a minimum job or $40 for a half-truck or larger — or 10% of the ticket. You pay only after the job is complete and your customer has paid you.
For partners
Estate and storage deadlines? Keep one dispatch number.
When an estate sale leaves leftovers behind, a unit becomes a facility problem, or a turnover slips behind schedule, MustGo can coordinate a photo-quoted hauler without handing your contact into a shared-lead system. Partner referrals cost your business nothing; the assigned hauler pays MustGo after completion.
Questions
Before you ask
Does MustGo charge me for a quote?
No. MustGo's referral and coordination are free to the customer. The independent hauler charges his normal rate, and you pay him directly only if you accept his quote.
Is MustGo a junk-removal company?
No. MustGo is a dispatch and referral service. Independent hauling businesses perform the work, set their prices, and are paid directly by the customer.
How fast can a hauler come?
It depends on the job, area, truck capacity, and the hauler's route. MustGo prioritizes the deadline and asks one fitting hauler for his exact soonest window. A pickup is not confirmed until that hauler states the price and window and you accept them.
Why only one hauler?
Shared leads create a race and a pile of calls. MustGo verifies the job first and gives one hauler a fair chance to quote it. If he declines or cannot meet the deadline, MustGo can ask whether you want another option tried.
Tell us the deadline. We'll start with the photos.
No shared-lead blast. No charge from MustGo. No obligation if the hauler's quote doesn't work.
